Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate various production equipment while monitoring performance, efficiency, and quality
• Troubleshoot system performance and quality problems to stabilize production
• Replenish materials as they are depleted to ensure continuous operation
• Maintain accurate production, efficiency, and quality records
• Participate in improvement teams and implement ideas to enhance effectiveness

Requirements

• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
• Ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, bending, walking, and stooping
• No prior experience required; this is an entry-level position
