Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Execute production operations in compliance with quality, safety, and deadline standards (SQCDM)
• Perform production tasks, detect anomalies, and report issues via the appropriate channels
• Maintain and clean machines and workstations, ensuring 5S standards are met
• Supply workstations with raw materials, packaging, and small equipment while verifying conformity
• Conduct quality controls at the entry and exit of machines and isolate defective products
• Perform level 1 maintenance and monitor the operational status of production equipment
• Complete production tracking documentation and participate in daily/monthly meetings
• Assist with series changes and participate in continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• Proven professional experience within an industrial environment
• Knowledge of production organization and internal flows
• Basic proficiency in office software

• Ability to perform technical quality control operations
• Strong analytical skills and ability to take initiative
• Reactivity and curiosity regarding technical processes
