Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery for bulk receiving, mixing, pelleting, and shipping activities
• Identify areas to optimize production performance and ensure quality and food safety standards are met
• Meet or exceed production targets and accurately record data on production orders and activities
• Execute small maintenance tasks and repair work on production equipment
• Promote safety awareness and take appropriate action regarding unsafe situations

Requirements

• 2-3 years of manufacturing experience is an asset
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work shifts (6 am - 2 pm or 2 pm - 10 pm)
• Ability to lift 25 kgs regularly
• Ability to work in environments involving noise, dust, elements, and working at heights
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
