Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Produce goods following established norms, standard processes, and discipline
• Operate and maintain additional production equipment as required
• Execute quality tests to ensure products meet required parameters
• Act as an experienced Autonomous Maintenance (AM) team member
• Participate as an active member of the Improvement Team
• Create CIL (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication) standards
• Identify and remove Red Tags (Maintenance tags) to improve efficiency

Requirements

• High School Technical Education
• 1-2 years of production process knowledge (as a Trainee or Operator)
• Basic knowledge of WCM (World Class Manufacturing) methods
• Basic knowledge of specific process or equipment groups
• Understanding of standard Autonomous Maintenance (AM) steps
