Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and machines that support production
• Maintain and support 5S initiatives throughout the facility
• Drive a safety culture by adhering to all safety rules and communicating improvement opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness of operations, equipment, and facility
• Operate a forklift to move and label material and products
• Inspect products throughout the process to ensure high quality
• Package and label material and products accurately
• Perform repetitive tasks and notify supervisors of defective materials or equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a non-temperature controlled environment
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule
• Must pass a fit-to-work physical, drug screen, and background check
• Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
