Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate computer systems and related equipment required for manufacturing processes
• Troubleshoot equipment and identify root causes to implement corrective actions
• Recognize quality issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure product consistency
• Perform general upkeep on equipment to improve reliability and process stability
• Handle materials, including proper packaging and labeling of products
• Perform line repairs such as tying on or splicing ends to repair breaks in the creel
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while manufacturing materials
• Communicate effectively with team members through oral and written methods

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to sit or stand for 10-12 hours
• Ability to consistently climb stairs
• Respirator fit required
• Willingness to work overtime and adhere to attendance standards

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing experience
