Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial installations while strictly adhering to safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
• Perform sampling, testing, and self-control analyses during the manufacturing process and communicate results.
• Diagnose technical incidents and participate in first-level maintenance (mechanical and instrumentation).
• Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing solutions for safety, quality, and yield optimization.
• Act as a QHSE relay by reporting incidents and disseminating best technical practices within the team.
• Support the training of new arrivals and the updating of workshop documentation.

Requirements

• Technical training such as Bac Pro, CAIC, or equivalent in chemistry, industrial processes, or maintenance.
• Strong awareness of safety protocols and a rigorous approach to work.
• Ability to work in shift patterns (3x8 or 2x12).
• Team spirit and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
