Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor advanced automated machinery
• Maintain streamlined production workflows and enforce quality standards
• Assist in the setup and optimization of new equipment and processes
• Conduct required quality checks and inspections
• Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance to ensure system efficiency
• Apply Diamon-Fusion® coating to glass products

Requirements

• Proficient technical skills with comfort using automated systems and technology
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to safely lift up to 75lbs
• Physical stamina to perform activities including climbing, lifting, balancing, and walking
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• CNC operation experience
• Prior experience working in the glass industry
