Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks within cell 3, including reading schematic diagrams
• Install manhole covers, radiator valves, collector piping, and thermowells
• Execute turret assembly and apply torque according to specifications
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and environmental standards, including proper use of PPE
• Apply autonomous maintenance concepts (TPM) to machines and devices
• Ensure quality criteria and critical points of the workstation are met

Requirements

• Secondary or high school education
• Basic computer skills
• 1 year of relevant experience in a similar production role
• Ability to work in rotating shifts (3 shifts) and Monday through Saturday
• Ability to work at heights and perform physical labor on the floor
• Strong teamwork, discipline, and punctuality
