Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex mechanical and electronic components according to production rates and instructions
• Execute all production steps independently using manufacturing documents such as drawings and bills of materials
• Monitor production quality and ensure all steps meet required standards
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations regarding equipment, tools, and personnel
• Document relevant production data accurately and report findings to shift or team leadership
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 6S/Clean as you go principles

Requirements

• Vocational training or several years of relevant professional experience in assembly
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge, including understanding of materials and production processes
• Ability to read and understand drawings, simple calculations, and measurement values
• Strong understanding of quality and safety standards
• High level of reliability, responsibility, and team spirit
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (early and late shifts)
