Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate filling and packing machinery to meet production, quality, and cost requirements
• Perform manual handling tasks, line setups, and machine operations
• Monitor yield and maintain control over production processes
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Site Policies, and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW)
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health and safety

Requirements

• Hands-on experience operating and setting up production machinery
• Background in food manufacturing or a high-care environment
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (alternating days and nights) on a 7-day rotation
