Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Follow quality, GMP, and production procedures to ensure high standards
• Adhere to site safety (OHS) and hygiene standards at all times
• Maintain high standards of cleaning, hygiene, and product quality
• Conduct product sampling and perform basic quality checks
• Work according to daily production plans to meet site performance targets
• Identify and report equipment issues and assist with basic troubleshooting
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site
• Work flexibly across rotating shifts, including Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts

Requirements

• Sound understanding of safety, food handling, and hygiene practices
• Good literacy, numeracy, and basic computer skills
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Valid Australian working rights
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or dairy is desirable but not essential
