Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Execute production and packaging operations following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Train new employees on specific work tasks
• Organize temporary worker attendance and log hours
• Perform manufacturing and packaging procedures according to trained operating instructions
• Record completed work in logbooks and preparation records
• Achieve daily production targets
• Implement daily cleaning and organization programs for equipment and production lines
• Manage receipt and movement of manufacturing and packaging materials
• Report equipment malfunctions to the engineering department
• Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, including LOTO and MSDS guidelines

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in tablet packaging
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing production environment preferred
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and production documentation
• Basic understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) principles
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively within a team
