Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprint drawings to build products according to required specifications
• Use various measuring devices to ensure process accuracy
• Meet or exceed established productivity goals within the assigned area
• Maintain high quality standards by identifying potential issues and performing buddy checks
• Complete production paperwork and data collection entries accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Use basic tools to set up and change required tooling
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and operating instructions
• Proficiency in basic math calculations and statistics interpretation
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist
• Ability to sit or stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly line experience
• Experience working with chemicals
• Experience with cable manufacturing processes
