Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform production functions for semiconductor devices and assembly/test of production units
• Set up and prepare work station and assembly fixtures
• Read and comprehend basic drawings, schematics, and instructions
• Identify failure discrepancies via visual or written descriptions
• Utilize microscopes, visors, and eye loops for inspection
• Use computer hardware and software including MS Office to collect and record data
• Operate test equipment, UV curing systems, and thermal curing ovens
• Measure and pour chemicals as required by the team or shift

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• For Operator II: 2+ years of production or manufacturing experience
• For Operator III: 5+ years of production or manufacturing experience
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Manual dexterity for repetitive motions and operating equipment
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and varied shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ESD and cleanroom procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with computing rates, ratios, and percentages
• Ability to interpret bar graphs
