About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform production functions for semiconductor devices and assembly/test of production units
- Set up and prepare work station and assembly fixtures
- Read and comprehend basic drawings, schematics, and instructions
- Identify failure discrepancies via visual or written descriptions
- Utilize microscopes, visors, and eye loops for inspection
- Use computer hardware and software including MS Office
- Collect and record production data
- Operate UV curing systems, thermal curing ovens, and handle chemicals as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Manual dexterity for repetitive motions including grasping, bending, and twisting
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and varied shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or a highly regulated industry (for Operator II)
- Knowledge of ESD and cleanroom procedures
- Experience with computing rates, ratios, and percentages
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
