Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform production functions for semiconductor devices and assembly/test of production units
• Set up and prepare work station and assembly fixtures
• Read and comprehend basic drawings, schematics, and instructions
• Identify failure discrepancies via visual or written descriptions
• Utilize microscopes, visors, and eye loops for inspection
• Use computer hardware and software including MS Office
• Collect and record production data
• Operate UV curing systems, thermal curing ovens, and handle chemicals as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Manual dexterity for repetitive motions including grasping, bending, and twisting
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 25 lbs
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and varied shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or a highly regulated industry (for Operator II)
• Knowledge of ESD and cleanroom procedures
• Experience with computing rates, ratios, and percentages
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
