Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Run production lines to produce finished goods, raw materials, and bespoke mixes according to required specifications
• Ensure production lines operate at optimum speed while maintaining high product standards
• Assist in the assembly and packing of various goods
• Collaborate with production planners and other operators to ensure timely delivery of products
• Maintain a clean and tidy production area in compliance with Health and Safety and Food Regulations
• Perform Food Safety Quality Checks in a timely manner following company policy
• Complete all required paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Report any hazards, near misses, or breaches in procedures to management immediately

Requirements

• Knowledge of food manufacturing processes
• Strong communication skills to build effective working relationships
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Resilience and adaptability to change

Preferred Qualifications

• Reach truck licence
• Manual Handling training
• Computer literacy
• Flexible approach to working hours
