- Keep pace with the production line to ensure efficient factory operation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of continuous experience in factory production, warehouse, or physically demanding roles
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Capability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours per day
- Ability to perform repetitive reaching, twisting, bending, and hand/wrist motions for up to 12 hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in woodworking, auto repair, industrial sewing, or carpentry
- Experience in similar manufacturing environments
