Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor production operations according to technical documentation and instructions
• Perform tasks assigned by the Team Leader following cGMP, safety guidelines, and internal procedures
• Identify and report deviations and contribute to corrective actions
• Perform simple technical interventions such as changing filters or seals and minor repairs
• Maintain an orderly and clean work environment in compliance with EHS rules
• Clean and maintain production equipment

Requirements

• A2 diploma in chemistry or scientific discipline (CESS) with GMP training
• Proven experience in a similar role within a GMP environment
• Excellent mastery of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and EHS guidelines
• Rigor, organization, attention to detail, and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Perfect mastery of French (written and oral)
