Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, adjust, and clean equipment to produce and package color products per GMP, safety, and quality standards
• Perform blending, filling, and packing; transfer materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Prepare packing materials, print and apply labels, and stage containers
• Draw samples for QC testing and adjust processes to meet specifications
• Complete production records, inventory data entry, and paperwork in SAP
• Follow all GMP, safety, sanitation, and quality procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; production experience preferred
• Read, write, and speak English
• Basic math and metric conversions for weight and volume
• Read and follow mixing and blending recipes
• Operate a forklift and use basic hand tools
• Communicate effectively with co-workers on production status
• Work in wet, humid, dusty, or loud conditions wearing required PPE
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and operate foot-controlled machinery
