About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up ware on lehrs and conveyors
- Dislodge ware on straight line equipment
- Adjust the flow of empty cartons on conveyors
- Visually inspect ware and discard defective items
- Perform carton quality requirement checks
- Attend palletizers to supply pallets and tier sheets
- Operate controls to ensure tiers are properly formed and transported
- Rotate and transfer among departments as directed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work a 12-hour night shift
- Availability to work holidays and weekends
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. on a regular basis
- High safety consciousness
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an industrial environment
