Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up production lines according to production plans
• Perform machine adjustments and repairs to ensure product quality and smooth operation
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions, collaborating with the maintenance department when necessary
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections on machinery
• Maintain accurate records of machine inspections and repairs
• Assist in training colleagues in cooperation with trainers and Team Leaders
• Work within a 3-shift manufacturing schedule

Requirements

• Technical education is a significant advantage
• Experience with setting up and operating automatic production lines
• Proven manual dexterity and technical skills
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and an active approach to troubleshooting
• High level of independence, responsibility, and a team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills
