Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up production lines according to production plans
• Perform machine adjustments and repairs to ensure product quality and smooth operation
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, collaborating with the maintenance department when necessary
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections on machinery
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and equipment repairs
• Assist in training colleagues in collaboration with trainers and Team Leaders
• Work within a 3-shift manufacturing schedule

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation
• Manual dexterity and hands-on technical skills
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
• Proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical education
• Experience setting up and operating automatic production lines
