Production Operator - Mixing (Adhesives)

Responsibilities

• Configure and adjust production equipment according to manufacturing specifications
• Operate production machinery and equipment safely following established instructions
• Supervise production quality to identify or discard defective products requiring reprocessing
• Maintain accurate daily production records to enable manufacturing performance analysis

Requirements

• Experience in operation, repair, supervision, and manufacturing
• Experience in chemical production processes
• Proactive attitude and strong motivation
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Availability to work in 3 shifts (morning, afternoon, and night)
• Local residence in or near Montornes del Valles
