About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operate industrial equipment to manufacture components and final products such as tires or tracks
  • Monitor production machines to ensure quality, productivity, and adherence to Michelin standards
  • Inspect and verify the quality of production, including rubber mixes and metal components
  • Perform first-level maintenance on machinery and analyze equipment performance
  • Implement environmental management systems and uphold safety and work standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts regarding safety, quality, and cost efficiency

Requirements

  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 industrial operation
  • Willingness to work in an industrial environment using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Proven ability to adhere to strict safety and quality procedures
  • Ability to learn machinery mechanics and the use of various tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively within a team to meet common objectives
