Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Prepare components prior to coating, including blasting and tape application
• Perform post-coating finishing of components
• Report any equipment faults to ensure operational continuity
• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment to high standards
• Deliver all responsibilities in line with safety, quality, and productivity targets

Requirements

• Experience in machining operations or manufacturing environments
• Strong practical skills with the ability to work quickly and methodically
• Ability to maintain concentration while performing repetitive tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrable commitment to safety and quality standards
