Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and efficient operation of the manufacturing plant by adhering to all operational protocols and safety standards
• Handle and transfer bulk bag raw materials and accurately input them into the production process
• Package finished products into bulk bags with correct labeling and secure packaging for shipment
• Monitor process flow diagrams and control systems from the control room and operate machinery to maintain optimal conditions
• Respond to equipment alarms, identify causes, and perform necessary shutdown procedures if required
• Perform lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintain accurate production logs and documentation
• Participate in plant patrol inspections, incoming product inspections, and waste management tasks
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace following 5S standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in an industrial environment
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and climbing
• Willingness to work all shifts as needed
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety shoes, glasses, respirators, and hearing protection
• Ability to work in an environment with exposure to heat, noise, chemicals, and mechanical hazards

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment with a focus on equipment operation
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures, specifically lockout/tagout (LOTO)
