About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate plywood machinery to meet daily production standards
- Maintain a safe and clean facility by removing dust and debris from work areas
- Work collaboratively with crew members in a team environment to achieve manufacturing goals
- Learn and follow safety protocols for machinery operation
Requirements
- Minimum of three months of previous work history
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, pushing, and pulling for up to 12 hours a day
- Ability to work in a noisy, non-air conditioned, and unheated manufacturing environment
- Ability to walk on elevated catwalks over 15 feet high
Preferred Qualifications
- At least six months of experience in manufacturing, military, industrial, farming, agriculture, landscaping, carpentry, mechanical, or construction environments
