Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Manufacture various product references (boards and profiles)
• Rotate through different production areas including Shearing, Pasting, Stacking, Packaging, and Preparation
• Perform quality control and identify defective products
• Support production tests and laboratory activities
• Identify areas for continuous improvement in testing procedures
• Report plate changes during production shift changes

Requirements

• Vocational training (FP) in a related specialty
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Fluency in Spanish and Catalan
• Driver's license and own vehicle (recommended)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
