Responsibilities
- Operate production workstations and manage assigned tasks
- Correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety
- Perform 5S and TPM tasks to eliminate accident risks
- Maintain production records using Hydra, SAP, or manual logs
- Read, interpret, and apply internal norms and instructions
Requirements
- Minimum of 12th-grade education
- Previous experience in similar production roles
- Strong ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to work fixed or rotating shifts
- High resistance to stress and a willingness to learn new processes
