Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production workstations efficiently
• Correctly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Perform 5S and TPM tasks to eliminate accident risks and maintain organization
• Execute production records using Hydra, SAP, or manual logs
• Read, interpret, and strictly apply internal norms and technical instructions

Requirements

• Minimum of 12th-grade education
• Previous experience in similar manufacturing or production roles
• Strong ability to work effectively within a team
• High level of stress resistance in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work in fixed or rotating shifts
• A proactive attitude and a desire for continuous learning
