Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate high-complexity production lines, including precision coating machines, drying ovens, and calcination furnaces, to manufacture catalyst-coated products.
• Adhere strictly to company safety regulations, quality systems, and production procedures.
• Perform online product inspections and extract samples for quality department testing, ensuring all tracking records are accurate.
• Monitor equipment instrumentation and immediately report any data abnormalities to the production supervisor.
• Manage material handling, including requisitioning raw materials from the warehouse, verifying shipments, and moving semi-finished or finished goods using vehicle equipment.
• Execute packaging tasks such as boxing, counting, labeling, and palletizing products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and perform autonomous maintenance on machinery as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or above; a major in Manufacturing or Chemical Engineering is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand technical production standards.
• Basic English reading comprehension, specifically the ability to understand simple English words and symbols.
• Ability to operate computers and other digital equipment used during the production process through training.
