Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure correct functioning and product quality
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment and report anomalies
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workstation following safety and hygiene standards
• Participate in team meetings and training for continuous process improvement
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and products for warehouse storage

Requirements

• Completed 9th grade of schooling
• Previous experience in a factory or production environment (preferred)
• Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal communication
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
