Production Operator II - Printing

Responsibilities

• Operate and control printing machines, ensuring quality, safety, and process compliance
• Perform art and diameter setup on one or more production lines
• Execute complex process adjustments including synchronization, suction, enameling, blow pressure, and ink rollers
• Replace components such as clichés, ink rollers, scrapers, pins, filters, and belts
• Perform autonomous maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and critical component inspection
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to solve failures and implement process improvements
• Prepare control sheets, release lines after setup, and support the training of other operators

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in advanced operation and adjustment of printing machines
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing best practices and quality control

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical course in Graphic Printing, Graphic Processes, or related fields
• Knowledge of inks, substrates, and printing parameters (density, registration, viscosity)
• Strong teamwork, proactivity, and attention to detail
