Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Manage the manufacturing, packaging, and handling of products within process plants and cleanrooms.
• Execute process plant operations including extraction, centrifugation, distillation, filtration, and equipment cleaning.
• Operate pumping systems, valves, and SCADA systems.
• Perform cleanroom tasks such as preparation and weighing of ingredients and auxiliary materials.
• Utilize equipment including mixers, mills, pumps, and scales.
• Ensure precise and timely batch manufacturing while maintaining a safe and hygienic workspace.
• Maintain equipment in good working order and ensure all areas are properly cleaned.

Requirements

• Vocational training (Grado Medio or Superior), preferably in a technical field.
• Ability to perform manual handling of loads.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Chemical profile (Engineering, Chemistry Degree, or CGS in Chemistry).
• Forklift certification (UNE standard).
• Boiler operator license.
• Food handler certification.
• Basic Health and Safety course certification.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Previous experience in process plants, warehouse logistics, or cleanroom operations.
• Experience in the food industry.
