Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor process control systems to ensure safe and efficient production
• Lead and support the team in achieving manufacturing and quality goals
• Train operators, oversee sanitation, and maintain strict GMP compliance
• Drive problem-solving, process improvements, and maintain accurate documentation
• Monitor product quality through sampling and detailed recordkeeping
• Support audits and uphold all safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Assist with equipment assembly, disassembly, and minor mechanical tasks

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a process or packaging operator
• Ability to operate complex industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills utilizing math, science, and technology
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
• Good judgment and decision-making capabilities under pressure
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Education or specialized training in process control
• Experience with advanced process control systems or automation technologies
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and problem-solving
