Production Operator I

Responsibilities

• Execute operational activities including loading, unloading, transport, cleaning, and labeling
• Operate production equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes
• Perform inspections and minor repairs, signaling maintenance needs to supervisors
• Record production information to monitor and control production orders
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental standards to maintain an organized workspace
• Identify process deviations and opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work according to established quality, safety, and environmental guidelines
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
