About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment, tools, and devices within the assigned production area
- Test, prepare, install, and adjust machines and materials to identify non-conformities
- Comply with and promote safety, environmental, and occupational health standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and conservation of tools and equipment using 5S methodology
- Perform visual inspections (checklists) and small lubrications or interventions on equipment
- Report process anomalies and equipment issues to the Shift Coordinator
- Prepare shift handover reports detailing anomalies and actions taken
- Support other operational areas and interface with different departments to solve technical issues
Requirements
- High School Diploma (Ensino Médio Completo)
- Previous experience in production activities
- Availability to work in shift rotations
- This position is exclusively for Professionals with Disabilities (PCD)
