Production Operator I - Press

Responsibilities

• Operate press machinery according to operational procedures using control panels and monitoring (HMI)
• Prepare and supply raw materials to ensure productivity, safety, and quality
• Control product quality requirements and record data in periodic reports
• Perform adjustments, corrections, scheduled setups, and tooling changes (heads, dies, extractors, etc.)
• Report production deviations or interruptions to leaders or process technicians
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and equipment
• Monitor production indicators and suggest area improvements

Requirements

• High school diploma completed
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Basic knowledge of metrology
• Basic computer skills (Windows)
• Experience using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators)

Preferred Qualifications

• Vocational or technical course in Mechanics or related areas
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and adjustments
• Proactivity, organization, and strong attention to detail
