Production Operator I

Responsibilities

• Operate and service various production machines within an Assemble-to-Order environment
• Assemble and pack standard plumbing parts and components
• Record production data including product counts, scrap, and time
• Disassemble, sort, repair, and salvage products to ensure quality and quantity standards
• Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe work area
• Perform minor troubleshooting and label printer operations
• Identify and implement process improvement ideas in the work area
• Cross-train on multiple jobs and rotate workstations throughout the workday as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 month of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to move between different workstations and flex to all jobs on the assembly line
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to use time efficiently
