Production Operator I

Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures to manufacture platinum group metal alloys and components
• Operate and set up production equipment safely and effectively
• Monitor product quality using measuring equipment and record process data accurately
• Work with colleagues to meet production targets and customer demand
• Support waste reduction and continuous improvement activities
• Inspect, test, and package materials for further processing or customer delivery

Requirements

• Ability to follow clear procedures with strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards
• Basic IT skills and confidence working with data and systems
• Good manual dexterity and coordination for safe material handling
• Manufacturing or production experience is desirable
