Production Operator I

Responsibilities

• Perform directed activities in the Raw Material Processing department to manufacture Plasma and Serum intermediates
• Support filling, capping, and labeling operations using hand filling or semi-automated machinery
• Execute production tasks following established procedures and work instructions
• Complete in-process and final quality inspections of components and products
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Perform inventory and quality transactions within the SAP Inventory System
• Deliver semi-finished goods to warehousing using carts or pallet trucks

Requirements

• High school level or equivalent
• Basic understanding and familiarity with large-scale manufacturing equipment
• Proficiency with computer systems
• Ability to work 2nd shift (2:30 pm to 11:00 pm)
• Ability to work onsite in Irvine, California
