Production Operator I

Responsibilities

• Inspect, sort, and package injection molded parts in a fast-paced environment
• Work in both clean room and standard production environments following approved procedures
• Communicate production issues promptly to supervisors to minimize losses
• Operate around injection molding machines while adhering to all safe working practices
• Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and clean room gowns as required
• Follow both written and verbal instructions with high attention to detail

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift or occasionally move items up to 50 lbs
• Manual dexterity for handling small parts and using measuring tools for extended periods
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced clean room environment
