Production Operator I

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including Strapping, Palletizing, and Conveyors using specific control panels to maximize productivity
• Perform routine checks to detect equipment anomalies and operational failures
• Execute equipment adjustments to reduce failure rates and assist in corrective and preventive maintenance
• Conduct quality inspections for the Palletizing and Strapping processes and record results in the computerized system
• Perform production reporting and data entry through computerized systems
• Support operational activities in Back-End stations to ensure process continuity and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S tools and good manufacturing practices

Requirements

• Completed High School education (Ensino médio completo)

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical training in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields
• Previous experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment
