Production Operator I

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment using specific control panels to maximize productivity
• Perform routine inspections and use operational checklists to detect equipment anomalies
• Identify equipment failures and perform operational adjustments to maintain company standards
• Execute quality inspections and record results in the computerized system
• Evaluate can quality, including color, creases, and dents, to ensure customer standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace following 5S and good manufacturing practices
• Comply with all safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing routines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or vocational training/certification
• Strong orientation toward results
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
