About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment including Strapping, Palletizing, and Conveyors using specific control panels to maximize productivity
- Perform routine checks to detect equipment anomalies and malfunctions
- Correct operational failures and perform adjustments to reduce failure rates and improve performance
- Assist with corrective and preventive maintenance tasks
- Execute quality inspection routines for Palletizing and Strapping processes and record results in the computerized system
- Perform production reporting and data entry through computerized systems
- Support operational activities at Back-End stations to ensure process continuity and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S tools and good manufacturing practices
Requirements
- Completed High School education (Ensino médio completo)
- Availability to work onsite in Extrema, MG
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Technical training in Automation or Mechanics
- Previous experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment
