Production Operator I

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including Strapping, Palletizing, and Conveyors using specific control panels to maximize productivity
• Perform routine checks to detect equipment anomalies and malfunctions
• Correct operational failures and perform adjustments to reduce failure rates and improve performance
• Assist with corrective and preventive maintenance tasks
• Execute quality inspection routines for Palletizing and Strapping processes and record results in the computerized system
• Perform production reporting and data entry through computerized systems
• Support operational activities at Back-End stations to ensure process continuity and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S tools and good manufacturing practices

Requirements

• Completed High School education (Ensino médio completo)
• Availability to work onsite in Extrema, MG

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Technical training in Automation or Mechanics
• Previous experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment
