About the role
Responsibilities
- Produce products by packaging, transferring, blending, and relabeling
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety laws, policies, and procedures
- Operate processes in accordance with SOPs
- Document inventory, material usage, work orders, batch logs, and move tickets accurately
- Enter completed work orders into the M3 computer system
- Unload railcars, spot and load/unload bulk tankers and box trailers
- Fill and label products in approved packages
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in assigned areas
- Communicate production status and safety needs to supervisors and team members
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow strict safety and regulatory protocols
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
- Forklift operation experience
- Experience in production and warehouse operations
