Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Produce products by packaging, transferring, blending, and relabeling
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety laws, policies, and procedures
• Operate processes in accordance with SOPs
• Document inventory, material usage, work orders, batch logs, and move tickets accurately
• Enter completed work orders into the M3 computer system
• Unload railcars, spot and load/unload bulk tankers and box trailers
• Fill and label products in approved packages
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in assigned areas
• Communicate production status and safety needs to supervisors and team members

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow strict safety and regulatory protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
• Forklift operation experience
• Experience in production and warehouse operations
