About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance during various stages of the production process
  • Perform loading and unloading of materials
  • Manage the supply and evacuation of carts/trolleys
  • Execute packaging and palletizing tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace

Requirements

  • Completed secondary education (Secundaria completa)
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as a production assistant or in similar roles within industrial plants, stevedoring, construction, or related fields
  • Full availability to work rotating shifts
