Production Operator HDR

Responsibilities

• Understand and abide by all safety and compliance standards
• Interpret blueprint drawings to build products to required specifications
• Use measuring devices pertaining to the given process
• Meet or exceed established productivity goals
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure products meet quality standards
• Perform buddy checks to confirm team member work meets specifications
• Complete production paperwork and ITS data collection entries
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Use basic tools to setup and change required tooling

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read job specifications, schematics, and operating instructions
• Basic math and statistics interpretation skills
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office knowledge
• Ability to sit or stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist
• Ability to work with a microscope for extended periods
• Ability to use both hands for soldering and repairing wires

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly line experience
• Experience working with chemicals
• Experience with cable manufacturing processes
